Refund Policy

1. General policy

All fees paid to Trylo - including monthly and annual subscription charges and top-up pack purchases - are non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

By subscribing or purchasing a top-up pack you acknowledge this policy and agree to it as part of our Terms of Service.

2. Service outage credits

If the Trylo service experiences an outage lasting more than 4 consecutive hours that prevents try-ons from being processed (excluding planned maintenance announced in advance), affected merchants are eligible for a pro-rata service credit equal to the duration of the outage, applied to the next billing period.

Credit requests must be submitted within 14 days of the outage to hello@trylo.ai with your account email and the approximate date/time of the disruption.

3. Billing errors

If you were charged in error (e.g., double-billed or charged after cancellation was confirmed), please contact us at hello@trylo.ai within 30 days. Confirmed billing errors will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your merchant dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you retain access to the service through the end of your current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period.

5. Top-up packs

Top-up packs are non-refundable and expire at the end of the calendar month in which they were purchased. Unused try-ons from a top-up pack are forfeited at expiry.
